Maintenance Inspections and Contracts

Depending on your requirements, we offer Routine Maintenance Inspections:-

  • Yearly - Bells Only
  • Six Monthly – Police Response
  • Quarterly – Fire Alarms

It may be a requirement of your insurance policy that your system is covered by a routine maintenance contract, for which you may be eligible for a discount on your contents insurance cover. Depending on your requirements, we offer a number of contract options:-

Emergency security maintenance

During the maintenance visit, the system is tested to ensure that it is functioning correctly. Any developing fault found would be reported to the client and if required rectified accordingly.

Our emergency service department is available 24 hours a day with attendance within 4 hours if required. All our vehicles are fitted with tracking systems and our engineers are equipped with tablet computers, which relay real time information relating to your service and requirements to the office. Details of the visit is then instantly sent back to our office.

All our vans carry stock. We try our best for a one call fix!
